The rear of the property was extended to improve the layout and make the space more practical for everyday living. Despite the small inner-city block and very limited access, the team carefully managed the build and carried out necessary floor, wall, and roof works within the existing building.
The finished result is a more comfortable, well-planned house extension in Enmore that adds value while keeping the front of the property unchanged to suit the heritage character of the area.
Dan built an extension to my terrace and performed a refurbishment of the existing property. The work was from a specification from a architect and used as the blue print for the work.
The house being old had some hidden gems to deal with and that was discussed, an approach agreed to resolve was done in consultation with Dan.
His work is of a high standard and consults with his client to ensure the specification is being met. During the course of the build the attention to detail was obvious and contributed to the quality finish.
