His qualifications include PAC Process training through Live Life Build, Master Builders NSW certification, and Passive House Tradesperson accreditation, along with extensive experience in heritage listed homes and complex residential upgrades.
We implement the PAC Process (Paid As A Consultant) to involve the builder at the initial design stage. Rather than following the conventional design-then-tender approach, the builder collaborates with the design team from the outset. This integration guarantees that the dream home is feasible from the beginning, alleviating stress and facilitating a more seamless transition into construction.
