This house was transformed with a first-floor rear addition, creating a bright, versatile living space filled with natural light. Despite having no front yard, no side access, and being under a flight path, the project maintained the existing house and preserved the heritage streetscape. A timber structure and carefully placed Rylock windows made the new space functional and comfortable, increasing the house’s overall appeal and value.
